I sincerely appreciate Brittany's outstanding professionalism, and was amazed by her lightning fast ability. Pictures were taken right away, and were immediately posted. She found a buyer in an hour and a half, and the "easy no hassle" contract was emailed & signed in less than twelve hours. She lined up all the inspections, and made sure they were done in a timely manor. She also made all necessary phone calls to assure all utilities were transferred into the new owners name, and was a great mediator (via text) between me and the buyer. With my busy life I didn't have time to deal with selling a house. I was lucky to find Brittany who literally handled everything. From the time I first walked into her office, until the papers were signed, it was totally out of my hands. I highly recommend Brittany, she is very down to earth & at the same time goes above and beyond.
